As long as you have a desire to grow and action to achieve it, you can remain young forever. Maintaining the status quo is the same as stagnation, or decline, and a loss of vitality. Ageing is faster than you think, and it accelerates with each passing year. If you don’t do anything about it, it will be beyond your control by the time you realise it.

Every problem starts out small, but if you let it go and turn a blind eye to it, it will get bigger and bigger and there is nothing you can do about it. The sooner you deal with it, the easier it will be and the less difficult it will be to solve.
