Once you can do your headstand, that is not the goal, just the beginning. Aim to be able to do it for at least 5 minutes in a row. If possible, extend it to 10 minutes and practice your own sequences, so you feel more confident in your headstand.

Class Description

Each class is 75 minutes duration except Vinyasa Yoga. Vinyasa Yoga is 60 minutes duration.

Core Strength Yoga

Yoga means union in Sanskrit. When the body and the mind are connected by the breath, it brings you harmony and peace. When the upper body and the lower body are connected by the core, it brings you harmony and confidence. Connect everything!

Yoga for headstand

First half : Some basic postures and Sun salutatation as warming up.

Second Half : individually practice.

Yoga Basics

If you neglect the basics of anything, you will not be able to make further progress. This class focuses on the alignment of poses, and also on legs as the basement and the foundation of the body. Stand strongly, firmly and consciously!

It could be good for reducing excess weight to strnengthen the leg’s muscles and to improve the metabolism.

Studio Manager/ Teacher

Toshi has been practicing and teaching yoga for over a decade. His elegant and powerful practice speaks for itself and his classes never fail to challenge even experienced practitioners.

In addition to his intense training in Astanga Vinyasa, Toshi has studied and practiced Zen meditation while living at the Wu Wei temple in China, and martial arts at the Shaolin Martial Arts Institute, also in China.

Private Classes

・We can offer private classes at the studio only. 

・Each class is 75 minutes duration. It’s just for students who can attend at least twice a week.

・It could be ideal for professional or amateur athletes, who want to improve your performance, flexibility and strength. I think this is what I am best at.

・If you want to try inversion postures, like head stand, hand stand, and some arm balance postures.

・And not only physical but also mental, as a Zen practitioner, I can teach meditations.

・Yoga for self-development: you can work on any goals you choose, not just those related to “performing” yoga poses. Yoga can be used to set in place positive thinking habits that lead to confidence, enthusiasm, faith, focus & purpose.

・Of course, for beginners, too!

・Men are very welcome, too!

・Classes can be shared by up to 4 people.
