Class Description

Each class is 75 minutes duration except Ashtanga Half Primary. Ashtanga Half Primary is 80 minutes duration.

Align & Open

Correct alignment leads to deeper poses and deeper understanding.

For all levels

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa yoga is a style of continuous postures with synchronised breathing and movement.

It’s recommended for those with at least two years’ experience of yoga and those who exercise on a daily basis.

Ashtanga Half Primary

This class is open to people who have practised yoga for at least two years or who are daily exercisers.

We accept cash of USD, THB and LAK, And BCEL ONE in USD and LAK, but no credit cards.

Toshi

Studio Manager/ Teacher

Toshi has been practicing and teaching yoga for almost two decades. His elegant and powerful practice speaks for itself and his classes never fail to challenge even experienced practitioners.

In addition to his intense training in Astanga Vinyasa, Toshi has studied and practiced Zen meditation while living at the Wu Wei temple in China, and martial arts at the Shaolin Martial Arts Institute, also in China.

Hom 2 is only the street which can reach at the studio

Private Classes

・We can offer private classes at the studio only. 

・It could be ideal for professional or amateur athletes, who want to improve your performance, flexibility and strength. I think this is what I am best at.

・If you want to try inversion postures, like head stand, hand stand, and some arm balance postures.

・And not only physical but also mental, as a Zen practitioner, I can teach meditations.

・Yoga for self-development: you can work on any goals you choose, not just those related to “performing” yoga poses. Yoga can be used to set in place positive thinking habits that lead to confidence, enthusiasm, faith, focus & purpose.

・Of course, for beginners, too!

・Men are very welcome, too!

・Classes can be shared by up to 4 people.
